The Next Season | Wednesday 26 August 2026 | 7.00pm
$20.00

An evening for women ready to pause, reflect and connect with their next. A shared space to step out of the demands of daily life and into stillness, reflection and reconnection with yourself. This evening is for women holding a lot: work, family (& school holidays!), relationships, caring roles and the invisible mental load…

Held within a safe and supported space, you will be guided through an integrative experience combining nervous system integration and restorative breathwork.

This session is facilitated by Felicity who will help you to pause and reflect on the season you've been in, get curious about what you want to nurture, release or move towards next.

Usually $65p/p, this evening is exclusively offered $20p/p to the Tindalls Garden community by Felicity, founder of Human Practice.

Come as you are.

An evening for you

This evening is for women who are holding a lot.

Women navigating full, complex lives that include work, family, relationships, caring roles and the invisible mental load that often goes unspoken.

You don't need to arrive with a particular problem to solve, or have everything figured out. You are simply invited to make some space for yourself.

Through guided reflection, nervous system-informed practices and breathwork, held within a safe and supportive space, you’ll be invited to notice what you’ve been carrying, what is ready to soften, and what is emerging for your next season.

As winter begins to shift towards spring, this is an opportunity to pause and reflect on the season you've been in — and to get curious about what you want to nurture, release or move towards next.

What to expect

This will be a gently guided, reflective evening with space to:

  • slow down and step away from the demands of everyday life

  • connect with yourself through guided reflection

  • notice what you may be carrying

  • explore what might be ready to soften or shift

  • use breath and nervous system-informed practices to support settling and reconnection

  • reflect on what you want to move towards in the season ahead

There is no expectation to share anything personal, and no particular experience or preparation is needed.
Come as you are.

This evening is held by Felicity, founder of Human Practice.

Felicity works with reflective practice and nervous system-informed integrative work, creating steady, grounded spaces for reflection and reconnection.

Many women notice a sense of lightness or spaciousness as the evening closes, and participants often describe a quiet reconnection with themselves as they leave.
